The Department of Planning and Investment has issued Circular 02/2019/TT-BKHĐT amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 20/2015/TT-BKHDT dated 01/12/2015 of the Ministry guiding business registration career.
Issued together with this Circular are forms of documents used in business registration and business household registration.
1, Some amendments and supplements should be noted in the form issued together with Circular No. 02/2019 / TT-BKHĐT:
a) Changing form of enterprise registration application, registration of change of business registration information:
b) Supplementing regulations when enterprises temporarily suspend business/continue to do business before the registered time
- Summary of attached samples:
The form of documents attached to this circular is used uniformly nationwide and replaces the forms of documents issued with Circular 20. These forms are applied from the effective date of Circular 02 – March 11th 2019.
